9. Air duct cleaning
Why it is necessary ?
Nowadays we spend almost 90% of our time indoors. The quality of indoor air crucially affects our work efficiency, comfort and health.
In any indoor environment there is a considerable amount of contaminants and air pollutants, such as dander, dust, debris and chemicals. These contaminants are pulled into ventilation system and re-circulated on average 5 to 7 times per day. Although filters are used, with time the re-circulation of air causes a build-up of contaminants in the air ducts.

Dirt and dust accumulated in the ducts hinder airflow thus forcing the ventilation system into excessive consumption of energy. Besides wasting up to 40% of energy, it makes the ventillation device work harder and thus shortens their lifetime
