It was developed by Chatron to allow the increase in the uptake of natural light with clear sky and overcast. Enable and direct the entry of light into the solar tube, coming from all directions and with all inclinations (from sunrise to sunset).

Studies indicated an average of about 80% of working hours indoors can be perfomed with natural light, thus contributing directly to reducing energy consumption and consequently to improve the energy efficiency.
